Transcendental Meditation (TM) is taught only in person by certified teachers. It is practiced for 20 minutes twice a day while sitting comfortably with eyes closed.
The TM-Sidhi program is practiced in conjunction with the Transcendental Meditation program. Therefore, practice of the Transcendental Meditation technique is a prerequisite for learning the TM-Sidhi program and Yogic Flying.
